Carbon/Silicon live CD

Carbon/Silicon release a live album on CD, as a strictly limited edition of 2,000, entitled Carbon Casino, through their official website: www.carbonsiliconinc.com on Monday 14th July.

The album was recorded on 29th February 2008, the seventh night (Lucky 7) of the bands legendary eight-week Friday residency at Inn On The Green, under the Westway in Ladbroke Grove. On the night the band and guests spun the "Wheel Of Fortune," which contained twenty song requests, and wherever it landed the chosen song was played. The album contains a version of the Jonathan Richman classic Roadrunner and the Sopranos Theme Woke Up This Morning with Alabama 3.

Somewhat unusually the back of the album contains the exhortation to "rip it and post it all over the web as soon as soon as you get it"

Carbon Casino ran every Friday from January 11th and saw Carbon/Silicon performing with special guests such as - Topper Headon, Richard Archer, John Cooper Clarke, Pete Wylie, James Dean Bradfield, Glen Matlock & Paul Cook.

Carbon/Silicon, who played at Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park this weekend, have announced they will play at Guilfest on July 4th and at the Cornbury Festival in Oxford on July 5th.
