Vicci Martinez, Beverly McClellan, Javier Colon and Dia Frampton will battle it out next week for a $100,000 cash prize and a recording contract with Universal Republic Records.
All the eight semi-finalists shed tears as they spoke about their time on the show and thanked coaches Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton for giving them an opportunity to shine.
Cee Lo was so overcome by the occasion that he read out a poem he had penned especially for his remaining team members Nakia and Vicci Martinez.
'This experience of ours, I witnessed an evolution,' he said, reading from a handwritten note.
'We have endured an adventure, you have become incomparable as artists and individuals.
'Something very supernatural and extraordinary about you, the two brightest stars in the sky tonight.'
The contestants were each awarded two scores - one from the public and one from their mentor - which carried equal weight when determining the final four spots.
Cee Lo also performed new single Bright Lights Bigger City during the show.
During next week's final, the four remaining contestants will perform original songs and duet with their coaches.
