The Canadian superstar is reportedly booked into a Florida hospital - which is bending over backwards to accommodate the A-list diva - on October 22.
According to the Palm Beach Post, bosses at St. Mary's Medical Centre are taking special measures to prepare for Dion's all-important stay, during which the 42-year-old will undergo a Caesarean.
Four rooms at the newly-refurbished birthing centre The Birthplace have reportedly been set aside for the My Heart Will Go On singer and an entourage made up of family members, personal staff and security team.
Dion, who is married to her manager Rene Angelil and is mum to nine-year-old Rene Charles, is expected to arrive at 4am - three hours ahead of the planned operation.
Surgery will be performed by a high-profile Palm Beach obstetrician and perinatal specialist.
But nurses are reportedly amused at the never-ending list of extras being lavished on the star, who recently moved into her ultra-exclusive newly-built Jupiter Island estate.
Even the flower-beds underneath Dion's windows have been spruced up, while she has also been given the luxury of hand-picking the four nurses assigned to her.
Dion's room has been outfitted with a microwave oven and a fridge as well as a queen-sized bed, out-of-the-wrapper-new towels, bath mat, robe, pillows and blankets.
