The French-Canadian singer showered sons Eddy and Nelson with kisses, rocked them to sleep and sang to the boys as she let cameras into her home on Jupiter Island, Florida.
Wearing her pyjamas and no make-up, she said, 'There's not a lot of me time. I don't want to take too much time for me. Soon I'll miss this. It goes so fast.'
Dion, 42, gave birth to her twin sons In October last year, after her sixth attempt at IVF with 69-year-old husband Rene Angelil.
The couple, who also have a 10-year-old son, Rene Charles, get some help around the home from Dion's 83-year-old mother Therese and one of her sisters.
Dion, who appeared on Oprah's show for the 27th time, told the chat show host she struggled to think of names for her twin sons – but eventually chose to name them after two 'heroes'.
'At the hospital they didn't have names – it was baby A and baby B.
'The first name that popped into my head was Nelson, because we had the privilege of meeting with Mr. Nelson Mandela.
'Baby B needed to be another hero. We thought of somebody who had an amazing impact on both of our lives. His name is Eddy Marnay. Eddy wrote my first five French albums.'
Dion opens a new show in Las Vegas on March 15 this year. The show will run for three years.
