According to TMZ.com, the agreement includes the rule that both parents must submit to random drug testing three times a month.
Both parents must also have their regular nannies with them at all times when they have the kids.
As for Sheen's girlfriends, the agreement states they can't show public displays of affection toward the twins, and Sheen and Mueller can't be photographed around the kids with a romantic counterpart.
As far as physical custody goes, for the first two months Sheen gets the twins every other weekend, from Saturday morning until Sunday afternoon.
