The 45-year-old Two And A Half Men star is being treated from his Beverly Hills home, and according to his lawyer, he is almost ready to return to the show.
'We are thinking Charlie will be going back to work two weeks from today,' his attorney, Yale Galanter, told E! 'Charlie is fine health-wise and doing really well. Things are looking good. Everybody's intentions are to get him back in the swing of things as soon as possible.'
Galanter added that father of five, who is battling drug and alcohol problems, 'has seen all of his kids since he was in the hospital. He is even spending time with the boys [22-month-old twins Bob and Max with ex Brooke Mueller] today.'
