The Hollywood bad boy repeatedly hits the headlines for his booze-fuelled benders with porn stars and hookers but it would seem he doesn't have to worry about his pay cheque.
According to gossip site TMZ.com, the hit show's producers Warner Bros. cannot fire him over improper conduct that reflects badly on the show because he doesn't have a morals clause in his contract.
Sources have told the site the actor claims drugs and prostitutes cannot hurt his star salary.
'That's my personal life. My contract protects me. They can't fire me,' he has reportedly said.
The show has been on a forced hiatus since the star's latest bender but he reportedly said he wants to go back to work next week.
However, sources tell the site the show cannot come back into production so quickly.
