The actor’s wild behaviour has hit the headlines over the last year, with the star filing for divorce from his third wife Brooke Mueller shortly after he was hospitalised while holidaying in New York. He was allegedly found drunk and naked in a hotel room, during what was supposed to be a family trip with his ex-wife Denise Richards and their two kids.
Charlie had other problems last year too, when two of his cars were apparently vandalised. Both vehicles were rolled down cliffs in the Hollywood Hills, and the actor has now come up with a novel way to ensure he is never left without a vehicle again.
“Desperate for access to steady supply of Mercedes-Benz cars, Charlie is negotiating to buy a nearby Mercedes dealership,” reports National Enquirer.
The high-end store is in Valencia, California, and appeals to Charlie as if another of his cars does go missing, he can simply request for a new one to be ferried to him within 40 minutes.
