In an ABC interview, a chain-smoking Sheen declared that he was launching a huge legal suit against his CBS bosses.
When asked by interviewer Andrea Canning how much he was going to sue for, the 45-year-old actor replied: 'Tons. I’m going to actually put it on a scale and be like 'little more, little more, ahh, add some gold, bingo'. I'm here to collect, you know, and they are going to lose, they are going to lose in a courtroom.'
US reports state that Sheen could try to claim $320m for 'mental anguish' after his programme was axed last week. He was the highest earning TV star in the US, raking in almost $2 million per episode.
Meanwhile, when asked how much crack he used to take in one go, Sheen said: 'I was banging 7 gram rocks and finishing them because that’s how I roll.'
Sheen later took a drug test on the programme. The results came out negative.
