The former Two And A Half Men star will reportedly film the roast episode on 10 September in Los Angeles, which will be broadcast on 19 September.
The 45-year-old actor said: 'You could say I've been providing kindling for this roast for a while. It's time to light it up. It's going to be epic.'
According to US website Gossip Cop, Comedy Central's head of original programming and production, Kent Alterman, added in a statement: 'Charlie has assured us that nothing will be off-limits in this roast… which scares even us.'
