Chris Martin fears he looks like he's having "a fit" when he dances.
The Coldplay frontman is under no illusion about where his true talent lies. He knows he can write songs and sing, but when it comes to performing on stage he sometimes loses control.
"I dance in a strange, hopping, English way – it's not technically dancing, it's more like some kind of fit," he admitted to talk show host Graham Norton.
The star apparently regretted making the comments not long afterwards.
After taping the programme he went to play a show in London, where he was honest with the crowd about how he found it.
"To be frank I felt quite a tw*t doing that show," he stated. "I'm never doing chat shows again."
Also on Graham's show this week are Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek, who are promoting their new animated movie Puss in Boots.
Known for her curvy figure, Salma was happy to discuss how she feels about being voluptuous.
As a young woman she didn't develop that early which caused problems at school. Salma chose an unusual way to solve the issues.
"I went to a church that had a saint that was supposed to do a lot of miracles," she explained. "I put my hands in the holy water and went, 'Please Jesus give me some boobs.'"
The Mexican star went on to discuss the star of her career. When she began making movies her English wasn't that great, leading to a great deal of misunderstandings.
"I was upset by one review because it said, 'Salma Hayek, bombshell.' I thought they meant the movie bombed because it was so bad," she laughed.
