Chris Martin is reportedly rethinking his marriage split.
He and Gwyneth Paltrow announced their split, after ten years of marriage, in March, via Gwyneth's lifestyle website Goop in a post titled "Conscious Uncoupling".
Since then, Coldplay frontman Chris is thought to have felt less stressed about his and Gwyneth's relationship, and therefore seen his marriage in a new light.
"Gwyneth and Chris always vowed to stay friends for their children when they split, but they have been getting on better than ever in the last few weeks. After they announced they were splitting up, all the pressure was off and Chris has really enjoyed spending time with Gwyneth," an insider revealed to British magazine Grazia.
"He is still heartbroken and he has realised just how much he misses her and what he stands to lose if the divorce goes ahead."
Gwyneth and Chris have children Apple and Moses together, and have put on a united front since the split.
While Chris has been linked to fellow British star Alexa Chung, those close to him say his feelings for Gwyneth are still strong and a reconciliation could be on the cards.
"They're still living together in Malibu, and there are still feelings there, so there is a chance they could salvage this. He's been thinking about his future with Gwyneth more and more, and she has said if he works at it, she might be able to give it another chance too," the source added.
"Neither party has actually filed for divorce. Gwyneth accepted the split at the time but it seems she never really wanted their marriage to end. It wouldn't be surprising if they made amends. She's refrained from dating and doesn't want to move on just yet."
