Overview
The 34-year-old star will spend the holiday in his native Ireland but he won't get to see his two sons - James, seven, and Henry, one.
He said to UK newspaper Daily Express: 'I've never any plans. My only one is to get myself home. It's the one time of the year I get to go home.
'I won't see my sons as we alternate Christmas so this Christmas is just relaxing. It's relaxing when they're around but it's more of a chaotic relaxing!'
Asked if he'll be stuffing the turkey this year, he said: 'I defer to the mother on that one but I'll help her out in the kitchen and do whatever she tells me. I don't know about the washing up, I'll just help her clean the plates with my mouth and my hands.'
