Courteeners to support Morrissey in US

The Courteeners will be heading to the US as Morrissey's special guests on his North American tour this Spring.

The Manchester four-piece will accompany the singer for 18 shows, starting in Buffalo, NY on March 19 and ending in Albuquerque, NM April 15.

Morrissey will be promoting his forthcoming studio album 'Years of Refusal' and The Courteeners are also working on their second album, expected to be released in late 2009.
