Cyndi Lauper has revived her role as psychic Avalon Harmonica to sing at the Bones Booth wedding.
Lauper first played Avalon in the show in 2009 and returned in 2012 and again for this week's episode where she gets to sing the Etta James classic 'At Last' as Temperance 'Bones' Brennan, played by Emily Deschanel, walks down the aisle to marry Seeley Booth, played by David Boreanaz.
Lauper recorded 'At Last' as the title track for her 2003 'At Last' album of standards. As a television actor she has appeared in 'Happily Divorced', '30 Rock' and 'Queer As Folk'. She was a contestant in the 2009 season three edition of 'The Celebrity Apprentice' but was fired in week 9. She also featured once as a character in The Simpsons in 1999.
Now in its 9th season, 'Bones' continues to generate around 7.5 million viewers per week in the USA.
