Playboy founder Hugh Hefner recently tweeted his followers to tell them that the 33-year-old professional dancer is featured in the May issue of the men's mag.
Hefner, 84, tweeted: 'The May issue of Playboy is unforgettable with Dancing With The Stars' Karina Smirnoff on the cover and nude inside.'
UsMagazine.com later confirmed that Smirnoff 'will pose nude in the magazine and grace its cover'.
The Ukrainian dancing pro is currently competing in the new series of the US dance show with her Karate Kid star partner Ralph Macchio.
