Dinosaur Jr. extra dates

Dinosaur Jr. have announced a string of US dates on this year's reunion tour.

The alt.rock pioneers will regroup this year for the first time in their original incarnation of J Mascis, Lou Barlow and Murph, for the first time in 15 years.

Their three albums together, ‘Dinosaur', ‘You're Living All Over Me' and ‘Bug' are being reissued. Mascis continued to work solo under the name Dinosaur Jr. into the nineties.

The band have already confirmed two shows at London Forum and (June 8-9) an appearance at the Download Festival (10).

They will also play at Japan's Fuji Rock festival, taking place July 29-31.
