Together rips up the rule book yet again, with another eclectic late night out on the town â€" tearing up the musical genres at the flick of a switch. On Saturday 20th August, one of Turnmills' most illustrious underground sessions returns with a fierce line-up of old friends and new faves.
The main room spectacle is just that… a spectacle. Having blown the roof off the club on his debut performance back in February, Swedish sensation Eric Prydz is back to headline Together's latest electronic monster. Forget the cross-over success of Call on Me, Eric's roots are firmly stuck deep in the bleepy, electro-house camp. His recent Essential Mix for Radio 1 was a ratings winner and his tireless, yet unstoppable productions continue to top the record boxes of all the world's major house players. Raising the stakes further will be X-Press 2's Rocky & Diesel. These Acid house veterans and award-winning producers have been entertaining the masses all over the globe for nearly 20 years now... and as they continue to roll back the years, the boys have yet more mayhem in store at the ‘Mills!! Joining the action will be Underwater's block-busting Paul Jackson. A Turnmills legend and a party DJ guaranteed, this guy will have the floor jumping as he plays put the final set of the night. Getting the night of to a flyer will be Radio 1 music junkie, Chris Coco - the Blue Room hero and another casualty of the acid house explosion!
Over in T2 meanwhile, Together invite party animals Faith to lay down the beats. Few club-nights can lay claim to having such a high reputation as Faith, but then when you look at all the amazing parties they've done over the years, it's easy to see why! Faith regulars Terry Farley, Bill Brewster & Stuart Patterson will all be getting their hands dirty behind the decks with a special headline set from Ashley Beedle â€" keeping the X-Press 2 connection alive, but on a more off-the-wall musical selection. The fifth and final guest is Belfast's Jupiter Ace, the man behind one of 2005's biggest summer anthem's ‘1000 Years'. He's also just remixed Fatboy Slim no less, and looks set to take clubland by storm in the coming years. Definitely one to watch.
