Flo Rida has been charged with drink driving after he was arrested in Miami, according to reports.
The rapper, whose real name is Tramar Dillard, was arrested by police after he was found to be twice over the legal limit, reports BBC Newsbeat.
A report states that police spotted the rapper driving frantically and then later pulled him over, where he failed a sobriety test.
After failing the test Flo Rida was reported telling police: "I can't do this. I don't feel I can walk a straight line. I had a few drinks. Let's try another test. I live on the other side of the bridge. I can make it home.''
The rapper was released on a $2,000 bail and charged with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended licence.
