FLO RIDA said he wants to buy The Saturdays a drink after beating them to number one.
The American rapper said he felt bad that his single 'Right Round' stopped the girlband from topping the chart with their Comic Relief song 'Just Can't Get Enough'.
He said: "It feels amazing for 'Right Round' to be number one in the US and UK.
"You always hope when you're making music that it will connect with people in places as far apart as Australia and Japan. I feel blessed."
He added: "The Saturdays seem pretty cool and are very cute. Frankie [Sandford] and Rochelle [Wiseman] are my favourites but they're all beautiful girls. So it does feel bad to have kept them off the top spot - especially as they're from here.
"I'm hoping to buy them all a drink to show them there are no hard feelings."
