Former La Roux member Ben Langmaid says: 'I love Kanye West'

Former La Roux member Ben Langmaid has distanced himself from his former collaborator Elly Jackson's controversial comments about Kanye West - by taking to Twitter to say that he loves him. 

In an interview with The Sunday Times, La Roux's remaining member, real name Elly Jackson, didn't mince her words when it came to Yeezus. The pair previously worked together on 'All of the Lights' and a remix of 'In For the Kill'. Yet when the interviewer asked about their work she responded: "No, fuck him! Nobody likes him".

Now, Langmaid has taken to Twitter in support of West: 

Love @kanyewest Love you man!

He also re-tweeted the following to reinforce his love of Yeezy, seemingly attacking La Roux:
