Hot Chip new single and festival dates

Hot Chip return with new single 'One Pure Thought' on 12th May, taken from the massively acclaimed album 'Made in the Dark' released earlier this year.

With its infectious melody and frenetic refrain, 'One Pure Thought' has quickly become both a standout album track and live favourite. In 'One Pure Thought', Hot Chip have created a song that's immediate in its impact and lasting in rich musical detail. It's propulsive, effervescent, repetitive, rhythmical and intimate all at once. 'One Pure Thought' is uniquely Hot Chip.

True to form Hot Chip will be hitting the festival circuit hard again his year, putting in tent storming performances around the world.

In Britain they've already confirmed Glastonbury, V Festival, All Tomorrow's Parties (ATP Vs Pitchfork) and T in the Park with more announcements still to come.

Hot Chip's third Long player Made In The Dark is the follow up to the Mercury Award nominated 'The Warning' and is out now.
