As police tried to battle the trouble in London and other cities in the UK, Hogan spoke to Richard Bacon on BBC Radio 5 Live.
He said: 'After I heard what's going on on the streets, man, I just feel like maybe Hulk-o-mania should run over there and start dropping legs, hitting people with big boots and just stop the action.
'Just rethink, rethink brother, this whole thing and just get these kids together, change your thinking in a positive direction, break the cycle, this craziness that's going on.'
Asked if the news is big in the US, he said: 'It's headline news, it's the only thing we're talking about and we're praying for you guys.'
Someone contacted the radio show and said Hogan should get out there and sort the kids out.
He said: 'It doesn't really matter if Hulk Hogan's over there bodyslamming all the youths like I did Andre the Giant, at the end of the day we need to grab these kids, shake them and say: 'Stop it!''
He added: 'You know what, I will do anything. I love my UK Hulkomaniacs.'
