Ian Brown plays secret gig

Ian Brown sneaked in a secret show in Brighton's Digital club on Friday night in preparation for his upcoming UK tour.

Rumours were abound that the Monkey Man was djing somewhere in the town. He went one better and played a full dress rehearsal set to those lucky punters in the know or who happened to be in the right place at the right time. Either way, the audience was treated to Stone Roses classics I Wanna Be Adored, and I Am The Resurrection, as well as solo belters Dolphins were Monkeys and My Star. He ended the sixteen song set with F.E.A.R, before sending a happy crowd out into the east Sussex night air.
