Jack Johnson is bucking the trend in the music biz. His album 'To The Sea' might even sell as many as 250,000 units next week in America.
Johnson's last album did 'Sleep Through The Static' sold 370,000 units and ended up selling around 1.65 million, according to hitsdailydouble.com.
Hits tracking of first day sales this weeks predicts that the 'To The Sea' album will be an easy number one debut for Johnson in the USA next week.
'To The Sea' is the fifth Jack Johnson album. Johnson started work on the record on January 19, 2010 and spent three weeks in the studio putting it down.
The album was recorded at his two solar-powered studios, Mango Tree in Hawaii and Solar Powered Plastic Plant in Los Angeles.
