James Blunt 'Back To Bedlam' was the biggest selling album of the first decade of the 21st Century in the UK.
The Official Charts Company, the company that compiles sales for the UK, released their findings today.
Blunt's album was released originally on Linda Perry's indie Custard Records on 11 October, 2004. It went on to top the charts in 10 countries.
In 2005, the album sold 2.4 million copies in the UK alone despite NME naming it the worst album of 2006.
Blunt was a former soldier who served in the British Army in Kosovo.
