Jason Derulo no longer a silent lover

Jason Derulo is "vocal" ever since a girl told him it was "weird" to make love in silence.

The singer enjoyed success with his single Talk Dirty, but has now revealed he used to be pretty shy when it came to expressing his feelings while getting intimate. Jason had no idea how much of an effect his subdued behaviour in the bedroom was having, until a lover delivered some home truths.

"What's actually crazy, in my younger years, I never would speak like that (during sex)," he said during an interview with talk show host James Corden. "Just kinda silent, until this one girl told me it was weird... Now I'm full on vocals, big!"

Jason went on to reveal that he once shared his bed with four women, before amazing James with the revelation that his bed is circular.

"You must have a huge bed," the host quipped. "You've got a round bed?! I don't even know where I'd purchase such a thing. Where do you buy sheets for that?"

During the carpool karaoke segment, which sees TV host James perform songs with the musicians who made them famous while he drives a car, Jason also revealed he is a trained opera singer. James challenged him to prove his credentials, prompting Jason to burst into an impressive operatic performance and then jokingly promise to combine his love for hip-hop and opera music by creating a new music genre.

Jason is not only renowned for his singing talents, he is also a skilled dancer too. James took full advantage of spending time with the superstar, asking him for tips on how look suave when he's out with friends.

"I can for sure teach you how to be the swaggiest dude in the club," Jason reassured him, before warning him not to rely on his moves alone. "You wanna keep your drink in your hand 'cause you want a distraction, 'cause you're not really a dancer."

During the recording, the pair also hijacked a tour bus travelling around to celebrity homes and stopped at a gas station so they could compare their best dance routines.
