Enjoying some time in our nation’s capitol, Jennifer Garner was spotted at a hearing before the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions committee today (November 18). The “Catch and Release” actress was joined by Marian Wright Edelman at the Senate Dirksen Building in Washington DC, and looked passionate as she addressed the room.
