The star was recently at Self magazine's 4th Annual Women Doing Good Awards in New York and revealed her wedding plans are finally taking shape.
She said to In Touch: 'I've always had a wedding date! I just haven't told anybody! So it's set!'
Speaking about her excitement for her big day, she said: 'I mean, every girl is! I've been through a lot in my life and I'm just trying to take it one step at a time.
'I'm one of those girls like: 'Okay, let me get used to this right here! Give me a second!''
The singer has been engaged to fiance David Otunga for three years and they have a two-year-old son David Jr.
