Jennifer Hudson and her fiancé are reportedly considering expanding their family.
The singer and her partner David Otunga are already the parents of two-year-old David Jr. It's been claimed the pair are discussing when to add to their brood, although Jennifer will need to work any pregnancy around her music and film commitments.
"I wouldn't be surprised if she and David welcome another baby in the next year or so," a source told Chicago Sun-Times.
Last week, William Balfour was found guilty of killing Jennifer's mother, brother and nephew in 2008. He is the ex-husband of the star's sister Julia and faces a mandatory life prison sentence.
Jennifer was emotional when the guilty verdict was read out in court and later released a sentence thanking fans around the world for their support.
The 30-year-old star began the process of moving on over the weekend, by taking her family to a theme park.
"That was one of the few moments of pure fun Jennifer has had in a long time," the insider explained. "[It was] a way for Jennifer, her sister and [fiancé] David to blow off some steam and release the horrible tension they've been dealing with for so many months."
Yesterday was Mother's Day in the US and Jennifer apparently took some time out to remember her mom.
"[She was in] deep prayer and quiet reflection… Mother's Day is always going to be tough for her," the source said.
