Jennifer Lawrence was interviewed by Vogue magazine, and in it she told them she knew she would be famous one day.
Despite her Kentucky bluegrass beginnings, she always knew she would be a star.
The Best Actress Oscar-winner for "Silver Linings Playbook" was interviewed in the September issue of Vogue magazine.
Some of the gems include that she used to "lie in bed and wonder" about what would make her well-known. "It wasn't a vision. But as it's kind of happening, you have this buried understanding: Of course."
She shares that she was sent to therapy too.
The turning point for her was the TV series "The Bill Engvall Show" where she was cast. Then her mother realized Lawrence no longer needed to see someone for her fame fixation.
"I think all mothers are a nightmare -- I don't think you can have children and not lose your god**mn mind," she told Vogue.
Apparently kitchen sponges came into play with the breakup of Nicholas Hoult.
"I wake up earlier in the morning when I have new sponges. That counter doesn't even see it coming. ...[Hoult] would never wring them out. We were in the kitchen once, and I picked up the sponge, and it was soapy and wet, and I was like, 'See? These are the kinds of things that make me think we are never going to work.'"
Vogue's September issue goes on sale Aug. 20.
