The singer will not get his licence back until he finds around $100,000 in child support back payments, according to US website TMZ.
It is claimed court documents show Jermaine owes $91,921.55 in child support for his children Jaafar and Jermajesty as he was supposed to pay $3,000 a month for them.
The documents were filed to the court by the LA County Child Support Services Department, who say Jermaine has claimed his monthly income is $1,448 per month but he didn't file the correct paperwork.
Jermaine will not receive his driver's licence back until he pays the sum of money he owes in full.
TMZ claim Jermaine could not be reached for comment.
