The 57-year-old movie star boasts a long and successful career in cinema, having been a big name in film since the 70s.
The star continues to be one of the most in-demand names in Hollywood, and admits that he can still be quite immature on set. He is grateful that his age commands a certain amount of respect, acting as a get out clause for any silliness.
“I would say so,” he replied when the British edition of OK! magazine asked if he feels the same now as he did when he started his career.
“There’s a bit of a mischievous child in me and it does get me in trouble on sets, but age seems to give you some ethics presence, so you get away with it a little more.”
The star was born in 1954, so was a teenager during the famously experimental 60s era. He believes this has impacted the way he conducts his behaviour to this day.
“But I was a classic child of the 60s – they were filled with sugar highs and crashes,” he smiled.
“I was rumbustious and creative and I would channel that energy into performing a lot. If I am not able to perform, watch out, because I am filled with the spirit of play!”
