The Joy Division biopic "Control" has been nominated for a Bafta as has the actor who played Ian Curtis, it has been announced.
The movie is up for best British film, The Carl Foreman writers award and supporting actress for Samantha Morton's portrayal of Deborah Curtis.
Meanwhile, Sam Riley, who portrayed the band's iconic singer in the acclaimed biopic, is nominated for the Orange Rising Star Bafta.
Elsewhere in the nominations, Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood has been shortlisted in the music category.
He is amongst the candidates for his soundtrack to "There Will Be Blood", which stars Daniel Day Lewis.
