The veteran actress will be given the honour for her contribution to music along with country singer Dolly Parton and rock group The Ramones at a special ceremony on February 12.
Other stars set to receive honours include the Julliard String Quartet, drummer Roy Haynes, The Kingston Trio and George Beverly Shea.
Andrews has won a Grammy before as she picked up the 1964 gong for Best Recording for Children for her part in the Disney film Mary Poppins.
The Recording Academy's president Neil Portnow said: 'It is a great honour to recognise and celebrate such a distinguished and dynamic group of honourees who have been the creators of such timeless art.'
