Justin Bieber's longtime manager has reportedly taken on Kanye West as a client.
Sources tell Billboard.com Scooter Braun has been working with the rapper for close to a month.
Braun, who helped to discover Bieber as a teenager, will share management duties with West's longtime sidekick Izzy Zivkovic.
One insider tells the website, "Scooter is a friend and confidant and is consulting with Kanye."
West continues to be represented by United Talent Agency officials in all areas.
The news of West's new working relationship emerges weeks after Ariana Grande was reported to have parted ways with Braun, who served as her co-manager, alongside her longtime representative Stephanie Simon from Untitled Entertainment.
The Problem singer signed to Braun's roster in 2013, and she went on to experience huge success with the music guru as her mentor, but in February (16), it was claimed they had gone their separate ways.
The two celebrities have yet to officially comment on the news, but at the time, an insider insisted rumours suggesting Bieber had something to do with the 22-year-old's decision are unfounded.
"Ariana always has and continues to support Justin," a source tells U.S. news show Entertainment Tonight. "She did not think the relationship was working for her professionally anymore. It was time to move on.
"She thinks this is the best professional decision for her moving forward."
Ariana had previously admitted she treated Braun as a father figure because she "barely" sees her own dad, Edward Butera, who split from her mum Joan Grande when she was a child.
