Kanye West, bad Birkins, bad neighbor, bad mouthing resolutions for 2014

Zillow released a statement and survey that revealed rapper Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are the worst neighbors of 2013.

The rapper and his TV personality wife, who was gifted quite possibly the ugliest and most expensive bag in the history of leather goods, nabbed first place in the poll by real estate website Zillow in their Celebrity Neighbor Survey.

A quarter of Americans surveyed in the list named West and Kardashian as the least desirable neighbors of the year, beating the Georgia hayseeds "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" clan.

Zillow's Chief Marketing Officer Amy Bohutinsky said: "No one wants to live next door to a family who has cameras following them everywhere and seems to seek out as much attention as possible. However, with more than one-third of surveyed Americans preferring a non-celebrity neighbor, what remains clear is that many people don’t want to live next to any celebrity, regardless of why they are famous."

16 percent of people surveyed claimed that Miley Cyrus and the scourge of Calabasas, Justin Bieber would be the worst neighbors imaginable, with 4 per cent plumping for Lady Gaga instead. Comedian Jimmy Fallon was chosen as the most desirable neighbor, meanwhile, with 11 per cent of the vote.

Also, Kanye West has announced that he will not crap talk about anyone for the next six months, at his concert in Toronto.

The 36-year-old rapper asked the crowd to soak everything that he is saying which is not allowed as it might be the last time they will hear him talk "s**t" for a long time, the Daily Mail reported.

West insisted that it's last time because one only gets the energy that they put out into the world.
