The unlikely pair were spotted kissing and canoodling at West's 34th birthday at SubMercer on Wednesday, according to the New York Post’s Page Six.
Sources told the gossip colum that West invited the famous twin when he bumped into her at the Council of Fashion Designers of America awards dinner earlier that week – although he was apparently seen with leggy Victoria's Secret model Chanel Iman later that night.
He has also recently been linked to another Victoria's Secret model, Kate Upton, Miss Universe Albania 2010 Angela Martini, and a mystery blonde he was spotted with at the Cannes Film Festival.
His reps did not provide the newspaper with a comment.
