Kanye West was reportedly rushed to the hospital Wednesday.
The rapper was wheeled into the back entrance of Epworth Hospital in Richmond, South Australia at approximately 2 p.m., according to Woman's Day Australia.
Sources told the outlet he was escorted by a throng of security personnel.
"My daughter was having an MRI. Shortly after it began, security burst in and cleared the area," eyewitness Loraine Terry said.
The woman and her daughter were unable to leave until their procedure was finished, however, apparently allowing her to see what was unfolding as doctors rushed to the rapper.
"Next thing we knew, Kanye was stretchered in surrounded by security. He had one side of his face covered with something white. We both knew it was him because we had seen his photo in the paper everyday and we were shocked because it looked so serious. Everyone was massively panicked," she added.
RadarOnline reports Kanye's wife, Kim Kardashian, was not seen during the visit.
According to the website, Kanye left the hospital two-and-a-half hours later and had recovered enough to perform in Melbourne that evening.
"He did go to the hospital because he had a headache. He was treated for a migraine and he's totally fine," another source said.
A spokesperson for the rapper had not commented on the reports at press time.
