Kanye West: I’m taking time to recharge

Kanye West is "completely boring".

The 38-year-old singer is currently working on his eighth studio album, believed to be called SWISH.

And Kanye has revealed that his focus is currently entirely on the record, making the rest of his life very uneventful.

Kanye made the admission as he called into radio station Hot 97 on Thursday to deny rumours he had evicted people from a party at soft play centre Chuck E. Cheese.

"I don't even eat pizza," he said. "What am I going to do at Chuck-E Cheese?"

However, after dispelling the allegations, Kanye began dropping hints about how his work on the record is currently going.

"I wanna take some time to really focus on my album, focus on this next collection, focus on my family, focus on North's birthday and then be able to recharge and bring something of value," Kanye said.

Kanye's daughter North, whose mother is Kim Kardashian, will be turning two later this month.

The couple are now expecting their second child, but Kanye insists his focus remains on his work right now.

"I'm completely boring. I'm so boring, all I do is go to the studio everyday," he said.

Kanye then quoted fellow rapper Drake to explain exactly what he meant, telling listeners: "I'm ridin' through the burbs with no woes. I'm not going nowhere with no woes."

The All Day singer was also asked about recent reports that he and Kim are expecting a baby boy.

But Kanye refused to comment on the allegations, insisting: "Not in this conversation!"
