Kanye West is writing a book.
The 'Love Lockdown' singer will document his recent 'Glow in the Dark Tour' with a tome including behind-the-scenes photographs, concept art, his own commentary and a best-of CD.
New York publishing executive Charles Miers said: "Kanye West has turned his talents as pop artist to books.
"With a CD that includes Star Wars-like symphonics from the show as well as an interview with Spike Jonze, it is not only a memento of one of the most successful musical performances of the year, it is an experience all of its own."
The book was originally due for release this spring but it has now been pushed back to October after publishers realised "the scope of the project".
Meanwhile, Kanye will perform a rendition of 'American Boy' with Estelle Swaray at the Grammy Awards on Sunday (08.02.09).
He is up for six awards at the ceremony, including Best Rap Song for 'Swagga Like That', a collaboration with Jay-Z and T.I.
Other confirmed performers include Coldplay, Jennifer Hudson, Kid Rock, Sir Paul McCartney, Katy Perry and Rihanna.
