Kate Hudson and Ginnifer Goodwin open up about babies and body issues

The pair, who play best friends turned enemies in the upcoming rom-com, pose with their arms around each other for the cover of US Marie Claire’s June issue.

Inside, Hudson, who is currently pregnant with her second child by Muse frontman Matt Bellamy, tells the magazine that she “can’t wait” to have more kids.

'I can't wait to have another one,' she says. 'Gosh, I could be pregnant all the time.'

But the 32-year-old actress, who already has a seven-year-old son Ryder with ex-husband, Black Crowes rocker Chris Robinson, says she is determined not to gain too much weight this time around.

Talking about her first pregnancy, when she put on a whopping 70lb and then struggled to lose it, she says: “I was 185lb at the end… It is emotional, no matter how determined you are. It takes work to bounce back so quickly.”

Her 32-year-old co-star also reveals that she has struggled with her weight in the past and follows a WeightWatchers diet plan to stay in shape.

'I am genetically predisposed to be a bigger girl than I am,' she admits.

Goodwin, who is engaged to actor Joey Kern, also reveals that she can’t wait to start having babies.

'I'm so ready – I want a life full of Joeys,' she gushes. 'I'm only holding off until after my wedding for vanity purposes – I just want to be able to fit into whatever dress I pick out.'
