The Hollywood star is expecting her first child with fiancé Matt Bellamy of rock bad Muse, and can’t wait for the baby to be born. She already has seven-year-old son Ryder with her ex-husband Chris Robinson, so knows a thing or two about caring for kids.
Although Kate’s schedule is extremely hectic she has no intention of employing a full-time carer for her baby, explaining it’s not needed.
“No. There are already plenty of people who help me,” she explained. “I have six girls whom I'm very close to. Some of them are single moms so we actually grew into a kind of one big family, where everybody is there for the other.”
The 32-year-old loves being pregnant, recently saying she’d happily spend the rest of her life that way. Motherhood has changed her completely, and it was something she wasn’t prepared for when she had Ryder. She knew he could mean everything to her, but she had no idea how all-consuming the love she has for him would be.
“Ah, all this stuff about crazy, passionate love which revolves around you and your partner and suddenly it disappears when a child is born. That's the way it goes,” she told the German edition of In Touch.
