Kate Nash has been approached by Dolce and Gabbana to wear one of their outfits at the BRIT Awards.
The 'Foundations' singer, who is up for three prizes at next week's prestigious ceremony, revealed the fashion house is trying to convince her to be seen in their clothes on the red carpet.
She said: "I've nearly got my outfit sorted. Dolce and Gabbana asked if they could dress me, so I'm going to have a look and see if I like the look their stuff. It's really weird going from working in a high street shop to getting dressed by Dolce and Gabanna!"
Kate - who graduated from the BRITs school - still can't believe she has been nominated and admits it will be a completely "surreal" night. She added to Britain's Radio 1: "I can't believe it, it's really exciting, happy and cool. But it's surreal.
"It's something I've always watched on the TV and because I went to the BRITs school some people used to get tickets to watch it. Now I'll be there and it's such a big deal. My friends are always like, 'Oh my God, I can't believe they won, they didn't deserve it,' and now I'm going to be there. Everybody talks about it."
The ceremony takes place at London's Earl's Court Exhibition Centre on February 20. Among the acts performing on the night include Sir Paul McCartney, Rihanna and Kylie Minogue.
