Kelly Osbourne can't guarantee she won't relapse and take drugs again.
The TV star ' daughter of rock singer Ozzy ' has been to rehab three times after battling addictions to various prescription medicines, including Vicodin, and accepts there will always be an addictive element to her personality.
She said: "I'll never say never about going back to the bad times and the vices. You don't know what will happen in life for you to need a crutch or a shoulder to cry on.
"But right now I would say no to anything and everything."
Kelly's famous father battled addictions to various drugs and alcohol for a large part of his life, and her brother Jack has also attended rehab for addiction for prescription painkillers in the past.
This year, Kelly has had to come to terms with the break-up of her relationship with fiance Luke Worrall and she admits it has been 'the hardest thing' she's ever had to deal with.
But after losing over 40 lbs following her appearance on US TV show 'Dancing with the Stars' last year the 26-year-old blonde insists she has a lot more confidence in herself.
She explained to The Sun newspaper: ' used to hate everything about myself. When you've been told your entire life that you are fat and ugly and that you are a spoiled brat, you start to play along with it and believe it.
'But there will always be a side of me that doesn't like myself. It's not like I look at myself and think I look amazing. I'm not that kind of girl.
"I'll always be able to find some self-deprecating comment to make about myself and how I look. But I don't hate myself anymore. That in itself is good enough for me."
