The 26-year-old said she was unimpressed with the way the man was behaving and asked him to be quiet.
She said in her column in UK magazine Closer: 'I can't understand why so many men love trying to prove they're some kind of alpha male. I was eating out in London, and a man on the next table was drunk and showing off.
'He kept banging his glass down loudly, so I jokingly asked him to keep it down and he squared up to me, right in my face!
'I asked him if he thought of himself as a gentleman, and when he said yes, I said: 'Well, sit down and f***ing shut up then!' He shrivelled up like a prawn!'
