Overview
The TV star previously battled addictions to prescribed medicines having first taken liquid Vicodin when she had her tonsils removed at age 13. She checked into rehab for the third time last January.
Now clean, the 26-year-old told The Sun, there are no guarantees it will stay that way.
'I'll never say never about going back to the bad times and the vices,' she said. 'You don't know what will happen in life for you to need a crutch or a shoulder to cry on.
'But right now I would say no to anything and everything.'
