The 26-year-old star ' who launched a furious tirade against her former lover on twitter last week, accusing him of cheating on her -thinks both she and the model need to do some growing up now they apart, but she still finds it tough to be separated from him because she has strong feelings for the heartthrob.
She admitted: 'We still have a lot to learn about life. A lot of mistakes were made, a lot of bad things were said. I think we need to spend time working on ourselves, but it doesn't erase the fact that I'm head over heels in love with him. I haven't been with anyone since Luke.'
Kelly ' who has previously been to rehab to be treated for a painkiller addiction - has lost over 50lbs since competing in reality TV show 'Dancing with the Stars' in 2009 and she admits her weight gain was largely was caused by her swapping drugs with food.
She admitted: 'When I got out of rehab and stopped using drugs, I replaced drugs with food.
' was emotionally eating and hated the way I looked but I couldn't mask my self-loathing with pills any more.'
Though Kelly is still heartbroken over Luke, she insists the rest of her life is going well.

In her recent twitter tirade against Luke, Kelly branded him the 'worst thing' to happen to her.
She seethed: 'Luke is the worst thing that ever happened to me I don't give a f*** what happens to him any more. He used me for my money and a free ride. He is lucky I am not spilling the whole truth about what he did.
'Luke's the biggest piece of s**t. He has been trying to get back with me.
