The television star appeared on the American talent contest last year, and learning the rigorous routines saw her drop a significant about of weight. She continued exercising and eating healthily afterwards and has lost around 42lbs. in total, and is thrilled with her new look.
However, that’s not the only reason the show is dear to Kelly’s heart. She is currently single after splitting from her fiancé Luke Worrall in July, but enjoys fantasising about her wedding day anyway.
“It's not like I'm going to go to a club and break out the foxtrot. But it does work at a wedding. Hopefully I'll have the ultimate first dance if I ever get married,” she said. "But I'd never do one of those big choreographed numbers where the whole wedding party gets involved."
Kelly has rigorously denied claims her dramatic weight loss was helped by cosmetic surgery. She has nothing against people who go under the knife though, and says she might in the future.
The star’s mother Sharon Osbourne has been open about the amount of plastic surgery she has undergone, and Kelly thinks she looks fantastic – although she does take her in hand when things go too far.
"When the saggy bits appear I'll think about plastic surgery. My mum looks beautiful to me. But she does sometimes go a bit too far with the Botox and ends up looking really surprised,” Kelly told thesun.co.uk. “I have to step in and have a word. Then she calms it down. I've seen first-hand how addictive surgery can be. A lot of my friends have had it done who are even younger than me. Most of them have had their boobs done or their lips or a nose job or lip filler. They end up looking like they've just got one enormous rubber lip."
Kelly’s father Ozzy Osbourne is famed for his hard-partying lifestyle, and recently had his DNA studied to see how he has managed to lead such a wild life with few side effects. It was found he processes alcohol differently to many people, and he hasn’t let Kelly forget it.
“Now he really does think he's a f**king iron man and invincible,” she laughed.
