Kelly Osbourne has announced her engagement to Matthew Mosshart.
The 28-year-old TV star revealed her boyfriend got down on one knee during a recent holiday to Anguilla in the Caribbean, while admitting the couple 'just want to be together all the time'.
Hello! magazine interviewed Kelly, who said: 'I've never felt this close to another human being, ever. People say we're co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time.'
The couple met at the 2011 wedding of supermodel Kate Moss and rocker Jamie Hince. Matthew told Hello!: 'I knew she was The One pretty early on.'
